Attend Classes

I agree with the point of view “Going to classes should be optional for students”, because classes can be useless for some people, students could attend more if it were optional, and students would have paid for the courses anyway.

Firstly, going to classes should be optional because people have different needs for different classes. Some classes could be useful for some people, but then some classes could be useless. For example, one boy is good at science but not at math. He doesn’t have to go to the science class because it’s too easy for him. If he doesn’t go to the science class and studies about math instead, it would be helpful to the boy. He could study more what he needs to instead of wasting the time on what he already knows. If going to classes was optional for students, they could study more of what they needed to, instead of going to useless classes and wasting time.

Secondly, going to classes should be optional so people who don’t want to study could just attend the classes instead. I don’t think that university students should be required to attend classes if they don’t study. Their goal could be attending the classes.

Thirdly, we pay money to universities. Most students pay money, except special students. They have paid money, so if they don’t attend classes, that will be their loss. University students are old enough to know this. They know if they attend classes, that will be good for them and if they don’t, then that will be a loss for them. I think if going to classes was optional then students would attend more than before because they know that it’s to profit them!

Thus, I think that going to classes should be optional for students for many reasons. It would be useful if students didn’t have to go to classes which they didn’t need to, it would be good if students just attended classes by choice because they know it’s better, and they would have paid for the class whether they attend or not!
